Medical Law Practice

Medical law: the same commitment to clarity, applied to healthcare.

Patient harmed by a medical error, healthcare professional facing allegations, facility dealing with data compliance: we bring the rigour of a specialised practice and the transparency that defines our firm.

Why a business-focused firm invests in medical law

Same frustrations, different field.

When we built Infuero, we discovered that business owners struggled with three problems when dealing with legal services: opaque pricing, impenetrable jargon, and the feeling of not being understood.

When we looked at medical law, we found the exact same frustrations — only magnified by emotional stakes. A patient harmed by a medical error who cannot make sense of the process. A doctor wrongly accused who has no idea what the defence will cost. A healthcare facility drowning in compliance requirements with no clear starting point.

Our conviction: the values that set us apart for our business clients — transparent pricing, clear communication, responsiveness — are precisely what medical law in Luxembourg has been missing.

That is why we created a dedicated practice, led by a lawyer specialised in health law, backed by the method and commitments that define our firm.

Chiara Panetta

Avocat à la Cour — Head of the Medical Law Practice

Medical law is not a recent pivot in Chiara Panetta's career. It is a thread that runs through it. As early as 2019, while completing her law degree at the Université de Lorraine, she chose to dedicate an entire year to an inter-university diploma in medical law at the Université de Nancy — graduating with distinction.

Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2021, she practised in several Luxembourg law firms before joining Infuero to lead the medical law practice — bringing together her two convictions: deep expertise in health law and a way of practising law that puts the client at the centre.
